TEFFYISMS: TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

Honestly, this summer has been one of the best summers for me. I pretty much did everything I set out to do and then some. I just know from this point on, things can only get better.
I draw a lot of inspiration from myself, when all else fails.
This post is sincerely to whom it may concern. If you've ever found yourself face to face with hopelessness, I'll tell you right now, I've been there before. We've ALL been there before. When we've searched so hard to find something that we're genuinely passionate about and we've embraced it only to find that there's someone out there better at it. Knowing that NO matter how HUNGRY you may be, there's someone out there STARVING. That's NO excuse to give up on something you love. Whatever it is, cooking, photography, fashion, etc...whatever you're passionate about, is a reflection on you and who you are. So look at it as YOURSELF, you wouldn't want to disappoint...you wouldn't want for someone to give up on you. In other words, DO NOT give up on what you love. If anything, strive HARDER and HARDER and trust that HARD WORK always...ALWAYS pays off!

INTRODUCING THE FUTURE OF R&B: L.I.E.

Prior to receiving an email from Mercedes, President of Lipstick & Labels , I was already aware of a R&B boy group known as L.I.E. all thanks to the power of twitter, yet again (but shhh I didn't make her aware of this lol) Secretly, I'm honored to be doing this feature for them. Always ready and willing to spread and support good music seeing as it is in scarcity this day in age. Without much words, here are the contents of the email to put y'all on as to what/who L.I.E. are and what they stand for:

YOODEE BABYYY: SICKER THAN YOUR AVERAGE

About 2 weeks ago..ok, first of all, I don't even know how I ended up on Myspace (lol) but I came across Yoodee (pronounced yU-dee)'s Myspace music page and immediately blown away. Her vocals= amazing. Production=amazing. Everything just seemed to be on point so OF COURSE I had to spread the word. Here's an email interview I did with her:

So I've been following this guy, @dopeScienZe for a short while on twitter and so far I've gathered: he's a hiphop artist on the come up and most certainly on his grind, he exhibits sincere humility (I respect that) and most importantly, he seems caught up in the ART, not the business (I respect that even MORE). Though I haven't heard much of his work yet, I am anticipating this mixtape (Phonetap(e)) he's currently working on. He passed me some links to some promo videos. This is the first time I actually had time to pose for pics. Like, I literally just came home from a long ass day and I was like, "this a pretty decent outfit, my lipstick's still one...why NOT?!"

FLYING CAR x Y'ALL AINT EVEN SEEN IT YET

It's finally hereee!!!
Proof that human kind is indeed active when it comes to realizing OUR ideas of what future technology holds. We've all seen the flying cars and the use of robots, etc being portrayed in the media (movies, music videos, commercials..etc) as "futuristic".
Ahhh I'm done talking, take a look at Terrafugia 's FLYING car:





It's said to price at about $200,000, that's not too bad for a FLYING car. And shipping should begin some time next year...well, assuming it passes each and every crash test.
