LOL, so as well all know, it's been raining like mad this past week making it difficult for plans to be made and KEPT. That was definitely the situation for me last weekend. What happened was, I booked a shoot with one of my favorite liddle Asians, this was before the rain fall REALLY began to hit, oh and I'm not gonna sit here and act like TEFFTOPIA wasn't on a brief hiatus, lol forgive me, I'm back on IT. Yameeen??? Anyways, yeah long story short, nothing happened and I was left sitting at home, with NOTHING to do. And then I started thinking to myself how I can't wait for the winter time 'cause of the natural light after a snow fall. Yaknow? it's all a beautiful shade of blue and what not? Then I realized that ummm, yeah it's the same after a rain fall! DUH. I ran into my room and cooked these photos up. Yasss.

INSPIRATION: SEEN x THE GODFATHER OF GRAFFITI

I just learned of graffiti legend by the name of SEEN and found myself instantly brushed with inspiration. His work is unlike anything I've ever seen before! And the mind boggling part is I've probably seen his work somewhere in New York and had no idea. Psh, YOU've probably seen his work and weren't aware.




What inspires me most about SEEN has to be his grandiosity in his field of work and the fact that he's been doing something he loves for decades and is widely respected for it. You have to respect that.

POOLSIDE PARTY FOR ONE

...well, atleast it was meant for just ME. smh, there's two pools in my neighbourhood and I usually just walk to the one closest to my apartment. So here I am strolling all happy-go-luck and such....yaknow? whistling and humming, "la la la la la!" I get to the pool area, reach over to pull the latch and open up the gate, and to my surprise ...I hear MUSIC. I was likeeee, 0__O WTF...where is that coming from? Only to walk in and see a muh'fucka in the pool. -____- LMAO. I was like noooo. But then again, I already had my mind set on taking these pictures by the pool and I was NOT about to let him chase me away. So yeah, I stood there and set up my camera, activated my self timer and posed my ass off ^_^
BUT it was soooo awkward. And to make things worse, one of my favorite shots, he's all in the background staring at me and such. Real creepo-like. -___- Ah well, enjoy.















I keep forgetting NC is not NY. It's still hot as balls over here. When I was in NY, I was rocking wool sweaters and what not.
