Delighted is not entirely a befitting description when it comes to my sentiments about the debut of hairstylist clothing--and now--jewelry designer, Mona Baltazar. I made her acquaintance summer of 2010 at a friend's birthday dinner. I think my delight stems from her calculated use of items representative of her culture. The essence of art is its ability to reveal and conceal; this collection does the former more than it does the latter, yet still leaves room for immense appreciation. And may I add: her choice in models is absolutely tasteful and complementary to the nature of each piece.

P.S.: Love to whomever captured these; amazing. Great employment of Earthy-tones, angles and composition.
