TEFF x COMPANY: DINNER BY DAYLIGHT

The extents in which my slacking reaches never ceases to amaze me. Like, this occurred towards the end of the Summer, and I'm just now getting around to blogging about it. There's a lot more slack where that came from. Spent a day with photographer, best-friend and honestly, a very important part of my life, Kadeem. If you've been following my blog since the beginning of the Summer, then you should have some degree of familiarity with his face. Anyone who knows me well, knows that I am big on Asian-cuisine, with Thai, Vietnamese and Japanese sitting at the top of my list. We ended up at this Thai restaurant somewhere on 14th, between 5th and 6th ave (can't remember the name of it). Perusing the menu and some chicken-coconut-milk business stood out to me the most. Being of Nigerian-descent, coconut-rise is one of my favorite dishes. In case you haven't guessed it, it is prepared with coconut-milk, so I would order the shredded-chicken-coconut-milk dish with a side of white rice. Let's just say, it looked better than it tasted. /= I ended up eating off his plate. In closing, the day consisted of: eating-out, seeing two excellent movies (Green Lantern and Transformer 3) and capturing some stills of street-style/life (I'll put in a post in a bit). I had to shoot with his camera 'cause me, being the absolute genius that I am, brought along a camera with a dying battery. This was my first time shooting with a 50mm lens; I always wanted one. His is a 1.8, in case you're wondering. It's excellent for close-up shots.
